Coleman Consulting Group LLC are looking for Construction Managers/Construction Inspectors to deploy for various State projects.
- Conduct inspections at sites and facilities damaged by disasters to determine and document the extent of disaster related damages.
- Measure facilities and components of facilities using the most efficient tools
- Document grant applicants’ damage claims through a Site Inspection Report (SIR), a Damage Description and Dimensions (DDD) and by capturing Essential Elements of Information (EEI).
- Compile documentation and enters data into FEMA’s Grant Manager software. Experience in EMMIE, CostWorks and RS Means is a plus.
- Provides customer service to assigned applicants throughout the PA grant management process.
- Coordinates with numerous stakeholders, such as recipients and subrecipients, to complete PA grants
- Provides good customer service to applicants through prompt follow-up and a professional demeanor.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Building Inspector, Construction Manager, or related position or 10 years or more without a degree
- Prior experience working FEMA Public Assistance required
- Have great customer service
- Experience in utilities required
