We are currently seeking a Senior Construction Inspector to serve as the Owner's Representative on a multi-year capital improvement program supporting one of the largest municipal wastewater treatment facilities in the United States.
This role will support approximately $200 million in capital improvement projects over the next five years, including wastewater treatment facility upgrades, new support buildings, utility improvements, structural rehabilitation, piping systems, HVAC upgrades, and other critical infrastructure projects within an active operating treatment facility.
Compensation:$110,000 - $130,000 (Depending on Experience)

This isn't commercial vertical construction.
As the Owner's Representative, you'll oversee construction activities across a wide variety of capital improvement projects while helping ensure contractors deliver safe, high-quality work with minimal impact to ongoing plant operations.
We're looking for professionals who understand what it's like to work inside active operating facilities where safety, planning, coordination, and quality are essential to keeping critical infrastructure running.
Represent the Owner during construction activities on major water/wastewater capital improvement projects.
Perform field inspections to verify construction complies with project drawings, specifications, contract documents, and quality standards.
Inspect work involving structural concrete, civil construction, underground utilities, process piping, HVAC systems, building construction, mechanical equipment, and related infrastructure improvements.
Coordinate daily with contractors, engineers, project managers, and client representatives.
Document field observations, inspection reports, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
Monitor construction progress and assist in resolving field issues while minimizing impacts to ongoing plant operations.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical input regarding construction quality and field conditions.
Support testing, punch list completion, and final project closeout activities.
Approximately 10+ years of experience in construction inspection, construction management, QA/QC, owner's representative, superintendent, or related field leadership roles.
Experience in one or more of the following disciplines:

HVAC
Utilities
Industrial Construction
Water/Wastewater Infrastructure
Experience supporting water/wastewater capital projects, municipal infrastructure, industrial process facilities, manufacturing plants, power generation, or other active operating facilities.
Strong understanding of construction means and methods, construction sequencing, and quality standards.
Experience working within active operating treatment facilities or other mission-critical industrial environments is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
No specific engineering degree or certification is required. Relevant field experience is valued more than formal credentials, although construction inspection or QA/QC certifications are considered a plus.
