Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 3
Location: Abeline , TX
Salary Range: $90/hr to $95/hr on W2
Introduction
The Construction Integration Manager 3 is a critical role responsible for overseeing the construction and integration processes at the Abilene, TX site. This position requires a proactive leader with strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical facilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management, program coordination, or delivery of Data Centers or Mission Critical Facilities, OR extensive equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
- PMP certification.
- LEED certification.
- Data center or other mission-critical construction experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience supporting large, multi-faceted data center or mission-critical construction programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Report to and directly assist the Integration & Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) for the Client Abilene, TX site on matters related to the lease build, from lease execution through eventual handover to Client Data Center Operations.
- Maintain broad program awareness on behalf of the ITIM, including scope, schedule, budget and cost impacts, change, risk, construction progress, stakeholder commitments, major decisions, dependencies, and operational readiness.
- Serve as a primary onsite Point of Contact (POC) and senior representative of the ITIM, maintaining appropriate availability to internal and external stakeholders both onsite and online.
