Job Description
Construction Junior Superintendent - Danbury, CT
Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations and project execution. Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure work progresses according to schedule. Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with company standards. Participate in daily site walks and progress meetings. Track project milestones and report updates to the project team. Assist with site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce coordination. Review plans and specifications to support construction activities. Help identify and resolve field issues to maintain productivity and project schedules.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Junior Superintendent should have: 3-5 years of construction experience, including internships or co-op experience. Strong interest in pursuing a career in field operations and construction leadership. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and construction procedures is a plus. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment.
