Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Laborers in Cedar Creek, Texas, USA to support a variety of construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can follow directions, and are committed to maintaining safe and productive job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist skilled trades personnel as directed (carpenters, electricians, equipment operators, technicians, etc.)
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and supervisor instructions
• Support daily project activities to ensure timelines and productivity goals are met

Requirements

• Previous construction experience. (1 year)
• Experience working with materials (concrete, soil, asphalt)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a DISA drug test
• Must be open to overtime work
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions
• Commitment to safety and teamwork

Additional Notes

• Travel may be required depending on project location
• Overtime may be available based on project needs
