Construction Laborer

Tharp Real Estate Group is seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and general labor.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing and grading
• 
  
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• 
  
• Assist with the installation of building components, such as framing, roofing, and siding
• 
  
• Operate hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and hammers
• 
  
• Perform general labor tasks, such as cleaning and organizing job sites
• 
  
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• 
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 
  
• Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
• 
  
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
• 
  
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• 
  
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
•

Daily Shift:
