Tharp Real Estate Group is seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and general labor.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing and grading
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist with the installation of building components, such as framing, roofing, and siding
- Operate hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and hammers
- Perform general labor tasks, such as cleaning and organizing job sites
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
