Construction Laborer

Ledcor is seeking skilled Construction Laborers to join our growing team!

This position will support construction of telecom equipment shelters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using grade lasers, measuring tools and grade stakes.

The role includes travel every four weeks throughout Arizona and surrounding states, providing the opportunity to work in diverse locations and gain valuable experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support the civil crew with excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading activities
• Set up and operate grade lasers to establish elevations and check grades
• Set, mark, and maintain grade stakes according to project requirements
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment and maintain an organized worksite
• Perform general labor duties and assist equipment operators and other crew members as needed
• Load and unload heavy materials
• Adhere to safety procedures and applicable construction requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or carpenter helper experience
• Hands-on experience using grade lasers, measuring tools is mandatory
• Performing outdoor manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a crew
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Valid driver's license
