Construction Litigation Attorney Opportunity in Fort Myers: Construction Disputes with Balance

Our client, a growing Southwest Florida construction law firm, is looking for a Construction Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Fort Myers. The team represents contractors, developers, owners, and design professionals in construction defect, payment, and contract disputes.

This is a hybrid position, giving you a balanced week of in-person time at the Fort Myers office and focused days working from home.

What You'll Do

• Handle construction disputes from presuit through trial or arbitration
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Work with engineers and construction experts
• Take and defend depositions
• Advise clients on lien, bond, and contract claims

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of construction or commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Ability to thrive on a hybrid schedule
