Construction Management Superintendent

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost control.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, reports, and change orders.
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment to avoid delays.
• Act as Construction Management Superintendent for a major company, handling all of their projects from $5k to $2M.

A successful applicant should have:

• 5+ years of Lead Superintendent experience.
• Experience managing automotive or industrial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively.

• Base salary: $110K-130K, based upon experience
• All in package: $150K+
