Job Title: Construction Manager 3
Location: Phoenix , AZ
Salary Range: $70/hr to $90/hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years total construction experience with at least 5 years supporting mission-critical, data center, industrial, or other highly technical construction projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (electrical, mechanical, controls, fire protection).
- Experience working with General Contractors (GCs), subcontractors, designers, and commissioning teams.
- Experience with data centers, hospitals, semiconductor facilities, power generation or utility infrastructure, industrial manufacturing plants, and mission-critical facilities.
- Proven ability to manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost on construction projects.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with data centers, hospitals, semiconductor facilities, power generation or utility infrastructure, industrial manufacturing plants, and mission-critical facilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Attend GC morning coordination meetings.
- Review safety concerns and high-risk work.
- Verify client and planned work activities.
- Check critical deliveries, inspections, and testing activities.
- Monitor construction progress and verify safety and quality.
- Identify field issues and risks; drive issue resolution.
- Coordinate with GC, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Hold contractors accountable for commitments and milestones.
- Review recovery plans and escalate schedule risks.
- Drive closure of design, construction, procurement, and commissioning issues.
