Job Title: Construction Manager 5
Location: Abilene , TX
Salary Range:  $100/hr to $120/hr on W2 

Introduction

Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO I) is the business unit responsible for operating cloud and the Datacenter Construction Delivery (DCD) team is responsible for constructing datacenter capacity. We have a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-million, multi-year data center construction and lease projects underway. Our focus is on smart growth, high efficiency, and delivering a trusted experience to customers and partners worldwide. We are looking for a passionate individual to help build the network that powers the world’s largest online services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in construction project management of Data Centers or Mission Critical Facilities OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
• PMP certification.
• LEED certification.
• Construction Health & Safety Knowledge.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Ability to read and understand commercial lease agreements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve as an advocate for managing a safe worksite.
• Identify and manage stakeholder dependencies and construction deliverables and handoffs with various teams.
• Manage lease providers and support associated teams and partners in the delivery of RFS “Ready for Service” for each lease site location.
• Provide project single point of contact for project development and delivery.
• Report Project Progress on scope, schedule, and budget weekly, or as required.
