We are partnering with a respected and growing custom home builder in the Waukesha County area to hire a Construction Manager. This role oversees the construction of high quality, architecturally driven homes and requires someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communication, and delivering a great client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle of residential construction projects, from pre-construction through completion
Interpret blueprints, design documents, and building plans
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
Conduct on-site quality control, ensuring adherence to building codes and company standards
Communicate frequently with clients, architects, and internal teams
Identify and solve issues quickly to keep projects moving efficiently
Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reporting
