Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through completion. Coordinate closely with production leadership, project managers, architects, designers, clients, subcontractors, and field personnel. Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to ensure successful project delivery. Manage site logistics, material procurement, deliveries, and inventory control. Facilitate weekly production meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders. Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, photos, RFIs, meeting notes, and safety records. Enforce site safety procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations and company standards. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. Supervise lead carpenters, carpenters, subcontractors, and trade partners while promoting exceptional workmanship and professionalism.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Residential Construction Manager should have: 5+ years of construction management experience. Experience managing the full lifecycle of high-end residential remodeling, renovation, or custom home projects. Proven ability to oversee field operations, subcontractors, trades, and carpentry teams. Strong client-facing project management experience. Experience with scheduling, budgeting, quality control, site management, and production coordination. Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required. RRP Certification required. Proficiency with Procore. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience with large-scale commercial or multifamily construction projects is also of interest, particularly for candidates looking to transition into luxury residential construction.
