The Construction Manager - Residential - McLean, VA will be responsible for:

• Manage the day-to-day construction of luxury custom homes across multiple project sites.
• Coordinate and schedule all subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor quality standards throughout construction to ensure exceptional craftsmanship.
• Track and manage project budgets while identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
• Conduct homeowner walkthroughs during key construction milestones, including pre-drywall and pre-settlement meetings.
• Communicate construction progress and customization opportunities with homeowners as needed.
• Manage customer service and warranty-related items following home delivery.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and updates using Buildertrend software.
• Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.

A successful Construction Manager - Residential - McLean, VA should have:

• 3+ years of experience in residential homebuilding, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience managing custom homes, semi-custom homes, or high-end residential projects is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and solve problems before they arise.
• Experience managing trade partners, schedules, budgets, and construction quality.
• Comfortable traveling between project sites throughout Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area.
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.

The Construction Manager - Residential - McLean, VA will receive:

• Competitive salary - $95,000 to $115,000.
