Benefits and RetirementPurpose: The Construction Manager is responsible for the execution, overall administrative andtechnical direction for a construction project. Additionally, Construction Manager to be responsiblefor the implementation and adherence to all Safety or Quality policies and procedures. As well as responsible for thecomprehensive implementation, coordination, and execution of all subcontracts for theconstruction of a facility.Additional Compensation: Per Diem will be included in pay and determined on a project by project basis.Trips home and a company truck will be provided; when applicable. Must have open availability any time, any day of the week.Essential Skills (may include but are not limited to the ability to) Assist with implementation/interpretation of safety programs. Oversee total construction effort to ensure projects are constructed in accordance withdesign, budget and schedule.Provide direction to planning constructability, building work packages and scheduling efforts.
