Job Description
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in technical discipline (engineering, Architect, etc.).
- 5-10 years as a Construction manager experience with 15+ years preferred.
- Past project experience with US Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
- Knowledge or DoD/MILCON project delivery, QA, and inspections.
- Must have an active secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- License/certification not required - Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- DoD training/licensing in safety, QA/QC, Risk, Cost Estimating.
- Project experience in US East Coast preferred.
