Construction Office Admin.

Location: Durham, NC (near NCCU)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay: $22-$24/hour

MUST have prior construction office experience (either Commercial or Residential).

Duties/Expectations:

Familiarity with bidding jobs and processing change orders

Enter prequalification packages and update contractor's websites

Communicate with customers and contractors in a professional manner

Comfortably use excel and word

Able to work in a team environment

Ability to read and understand drawings and proposals

Open to learning submittals

Update Safety documents
