Construction Onsite PM/Superintendent
Lead multifamily projects from planning through final turnover. Blend office leadership with hands-on field management experience.
Client is a commercial construction general contractor with a mixed commercial construction portfolio in the Southeast expanding their multifamily division.
Job Description
Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols on the construction site. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards. Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders and management. Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively. Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that may arise during the construction process.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Onsite PM/Superintendent should have: Capable of being onsite as a blended PM/Superintendent Experience managing construction projects, including on-site operations and team coordination. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders. An eye for detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of construction projects.
