What You'll Do

• 
  
• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for field and office employees
• 
  
• Review, audit, and reconcile employee timecards for accuracy
• 
  
• Prepare certified payroll reports and prevailing wage documentation
• 
  
• Manage union payroll, fringe benefits, and related reporting requirements
• 
  
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• 
  

What You'll Bring

• 
  
• 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in construction
• 
  
• Experience with certified payroll, prevailing wage, and/or union payroll
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
• 
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  
• Multi-state payroll experience
• 
  
• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation

• Experience with construction accounting or ERP software
