This role splits time between the office, the warehouse, and job sites. Duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in all kinds of weather and around heavy equipment, with PPE. Occasional evening work, weekend work, or travel may be required.

    • Work with Accounting to resolve invoice questions and support reconciliations and reporting

    Coordinate Project Success

    • Build good working relationships with vendors and subcontractors, and keep their contracts, insurance, and licenses up to date
    • Handle permits, inspections, and utility applications with city and county offices
    • Track change orders and make sure approvals are in place
    • Keep Site Managers, Project Managers, and Accounting informed so projects keep moving
