We are seeking an experienced Construction Program Training Manager to develop, implement, and oversee training programs that support our field operations and workforce.
Responsibilities:Position Summary
The Construction Program Training Manager will lead the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of training programs that support field operations, construction teams, and organizational performance. This role will serve as a critical link between field experience and organizational training, ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills, resources, and practical understanding needed to execute work safely, efficiently, and consistently.
This position will work closely with construction leadership, field management, operations, safety, and other functional leaders to identify training needs and translate field requirements into practical, effective learning programs. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of construction operations and field environments, combined with the ability to develop and deliver professional training programs.
The Construction Program Training Manager will help establish a more structured and sustainable approach to field training while supporting the organization's broader learning and development strategy.

Work Environment
This position will operate across both office and field environments. Regular interaction with construction project teams and periodic travel to project sites should be expected.
