If you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoy keeping projects organized and moving forward, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As the Construction Project Coordinator, you will:

  •  Coordinate daily project activities to ensure timelines, documentation, and communication remain on track.
  •  Partner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Executives throughout the project lifecycle.
  •  Track project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and closeout documents.
  •  Assist with purchase orders, invoices, subcontractor documentation, and project reporting.
  •  Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute action items.
  •  Maintain project schedules, contact lists, organizational charts, and project logs.
  •  Support subcontractor onboarding and assist with project compliance documentation.
  •  Monitor project files to ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
  •  Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments to facilitate project progress.
  •  Assist with office coordination, supply ordering, shipping, travel arrangements, and other administrative functions as needed.
  •  Help identify process improvements that increase project efficiency.
Qualifications

  •  3+ years of experience supporting commercial construction projects.
  •  Experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Construction Administrator, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role.
  •  Working knowledge of construction documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout packages.
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  •  Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, CMiC, Viewpoint, or similar construction software is a plus.
  •  Ability to work independently while supporting multiple project stakeholders.
  •  Professional, proactive, and highly detail oriented.
Why You'll Love This Opportunity

  •  Join one of the nation's leading commercial construction firms.
  •  Work alongside an experienced project leadership team on a high-profile commercial build.
