Location: Lewisville, TX - In-office, with local project visits throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

About the Role

The Construction Project Coordinator helps create a smoother transition between sales and production. You'll work with homeowners on selections, assist with light design coordination, and help ensure the construction team receives clear, organized information.

This is a role for someone who enjoys both people and details. You'll help clients understand the next steps, track decisions, and follow up when information is missing. The position is full-time and includes attendance at our Lewisville office and visits to local projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a communication link between clients, sales, and production.
• Help homeowners coordinate material and finish selections.
• Assist homeowners with material and finish selections and communicate approved choices to the project team. 
• Record client decisions and keep selection information organized.
• Prepare and share information needed for the sales-to-production handoff.
• Follow up on outstanding selections, questions, and missing details.
• Attend local project visits to support communication and coordination.
• Flag unresolved decisions or conflicting information for the appropriate team members.

Required Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and coworkers.
• Ability to track decisions and follow through on open items.
• Comfort discussing materials, finishes, and homeowner preferences.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and keep information accurate.
• Availability for full-time office attendance and local project visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, remodeling, client coordination, or a related field.
• Familiarity with material selections or design support.

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time. W-2 Employment
• Salary:$55,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• Work arrangement:Lewisville office attendance and local project visits.
