Job TitleBid ManagerJob DescriptionSupport Project Managers in the coordination and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate communication between field teams, subcontractors, architects, and clients to maintain project alignment. Assist in tracking budgets, costs, and project progress to support financial performance goals. Help drive project schedules by monitoring deadlines and proactively addressing potential delays. Operate project management systems to maintain up-to-date records and reporting. Support procurement and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Deliver consistent administrative and technical support to ensure smooth project execution.The Successful Applicant3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction (Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or similar role). Experience working for a general contractor strongly preferred. Exposure to commercial, multifamily, or renovation projects. Strong understanding of construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, plans/specs). Ability to assist with project scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore or similar). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with field teams, subcontractors, and project managers. Construction-related degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or similar) preferred but not essential if experience is strong.What's on OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.
