Job Details- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Superintendent, Mechanical Superintendent, or Foreman overseeing commercial mechanical construction projects.
- Experience supervising HVAC installations on commercial, healthcare, industrial, higher education, or institutional facilities.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical piping, ductwork, equipment installation, controls coordination, and commissioning processes.
- Ability to manage daily field operations, subcontractors, self-perform crews, project sequencing, manpower planning, and production schedules.
- Experience coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and other trades to ensure efficient project execution.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and quality control procedures.
- Proven ability to maintain project schedules while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite.
- Experience conducting daily planning meetings, safety meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple phases of construction while maintaining productivity and client satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between project sites as required.
