- Job costing and margin management.
- Subcontractor and vendor management.
- Ability to problem-solve with any project participant and arrive at effective, amicable resolutions.
- Maintain and manage project budget.
- Effective client relations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:- A degree in Construction / Project Management or a related field preferred
- Three years of experience in field construction supervision.
- Ability to travel as required.
