Construction Project Executive - Concrete

• Lead and manage large-scale, self-perform structural concrete projects from preconstruction through completion
• Drive execution of complex vertical concrete scopes, including formwork and post-tension systems
• Oversee project teams, ensuring delivery on safety, schedule, budget, and quality goals
• Direct planning and sequencing for slab-on-metal deck installations and multi-story structures
• Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and field teams to optimize constructability and cost efficiency
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and trade partners
• Ensure adherence to best practices in self-perform concrete operations and risk management

• 12+ years of construction experience, with a strong focus on structural concrete
• Proven leadership experience in self-perform concrete operations at a senior level
• Deep expertise in vertical concrete, including formwork and post-tensioning systems (critical requirement)
• Strong understanding of slab-on-metal deck construction
• Track record of delivering large-scale concrete packages ($20M-$100M+)
• Experience with large parking structures, commercial, or similar high-profile builds preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple large projects
