With a strong national footprint and continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to help bring our new clinics to life across the country.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead the development and buildout of new OSSP locations nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and has a strong background in healthcare or commercial construction particularly with imaging environments.

You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint identifying and securing new sites, managing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing construction projects from concept to completion, including specialized imaging buildouts such as MRI suites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Selection & Development
    • Identify, evaluate, and scout potential locations for new clinic sites across the continental United States
    • Partner with leadership and real estate brokers to assess market opportunities and site viability
  • Contract Negotiation & Management
    • Lead negotiations for leases, buildouts, and vendor agreements
    • Collaborate with legal and executive teams to finalize contracts for new locations
  • Permitting & Compliance
    • Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are obtained in a timely manner
    • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and healthcare regulations
  • MRI & Imaging Buildout Oversight
    • Manage construction requirements specific to MRI installations, including shielding, safety zones, and equipment specifications
    • Ensure compliance with all MRI safety standards, regulatory requirements, and site planning considerations
    • Coordinate with MRI vendors, engineers, and physicists for proper installation, calibration, and inspection
    • Oversee buildout of imaging suites to meet operational and clinical standards
  • Project Management
    • Oversee all phases of construction, from planning and design through completion and handoff
    • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
    • Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and local officials
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all construction-related activities
  • Travel & On-Site Oversight
    • Travel extensively (50–75%) across the continental U.S. to oversee projects and ensure quality execution
    • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with OSSP standards

Qualifications

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management (healthcare or multi-site retail preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with MRI suite design, regulatory requirements, and equipment installation is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of imaging facility requirements, including shielding, safety zoning, and compliance standards
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across different geographic locations
  • Experience with permitting processes, zoning, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with lease negotiations and contract management
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 75%)
