Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Construction Development Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring that development objectives are completed efficiently, safely, and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This position involves collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success from feasibility through to final completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction development, including feasibility, design, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and construction execution.
• Oversee architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Lead due diligence efforts, including site assessments, zoning analyses, and environmental reviews.
• Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring risk mitigation strategies are in place.
• Review and approve construction documents, contractor invoices, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and asset management teams.
• Provide regular project updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing construction development projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, permitting, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000
