Construction Project Manager

Summary: Responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, and coordination across complex, fast-paced construction activities supporting mission-critical operations. The Project Manager will work closely with owners, designers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end construction of data center construction projects, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors across active campus environments
• Lead project planning meetings, progress updates, and stakeholder coordination
• Oversee procurement, material tracking, and long-lead equipment coordination
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards typical of hyperscale data center projects
• Monitor project costs, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and design coordination with engineering teams
• Drive schedule recovery plans and proactively resolve conflicts
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
