Location

Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, TX | Project-Based / On-Site

Be part of an active construction environment, collaborating with field teams and project stakeholders throughout the DFW area. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys combining project leadership with hands-on involvement in construction.

Note

Candidates must have direct experience with tilt-wall / tilt-up construction projects and previous construction project experience in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. Industrial, warehouse, and distribution center construction backgrounds are especially valuable.

Job Description

• Lead industrial and commercial construction projects from preconstruction planning through successful completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall execution.
• Partner with Superintendents to coordinate tilt-up concrete construction and daily field operations.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and construction teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Monitor project costs, progress, quality, and safety to deliver successful outcomes.
• Resolve construction challenges, manage project changes, and maintain clear communication.
• Build lasting client relationships while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management.
• Direct experience with tilt-wall / tilt-up construction projects.
• Previous construction project experience in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
• Strong understanding of construction budgets, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience managing warehouse, distribution center, or ground-up industrial construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management tools is a plus.
• Experience with a commercial general contractor is strongly preferred.
