Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- 40 hours per week
Compensation:
- $27.50 - 30.00 USD per hour

We are a busy home improvement / construction Company servicing homes in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach areas. Our line of work includes, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, room additions and much more.
Job Summary:
- The available position's duties will consist of getting the office and production up and running; You will be pulling permits, dispatching subs, answering customers calls and booking appointments, providing customer service, keeping track of our technicians and sub-contractors, dispatching jobs according to its Geography and type of service, completing general administrative duties such as chatting with customer, texting, filing, copying, writing letters, replying to e-mails and sending estimates/proposals to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- You need to have at least proven 5 years' experience working for a construction company doing similar job.
- You need to know the process of pulling permits and calling for inspections.
- Able to manage and operate sub-contractors.
- Basic experience with quick books.

- Experience in the construction
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule and able to work some weekends and after hours
- Available to answer phone after working hours
- Proficient skills operating a computer
- Data entry skills
- Work well under pressure
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus but not mandatory
- Dependable, responsible, punctual, and committed
- Able to answer multiple calls at once
