Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support healthcare construction projects for a well‑established general contractor. This role will lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout, working closely with Superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Project Managers typically oversee work across an entire healthcare campus rather than juggling an excessive number of individual jobs, allowing for a more thoughtful and hands‑on approach to project delivery. Project sizes generally range from $100K to $3M, with a focus on end‑to‑end project ownership.
Work Environment: This role is based in north of Denver with projects located primarily throughout the Denver metro area. Typical work hours are 40-45 hours per week, with schedules of either 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 6:00 AM-2:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $67.00/hr.
