    Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week in the Nashville, TN office and surrounding locations.

    Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have 3+ years of experience in construction project management and estimating.

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to oversee commercial construction projects from bid through completion. This role requires leadership, client-facing communication, and hands-on estimating expertise.

    • Manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting to ensure timely delivery
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners throughout the project lifecycle
    • Lead project teams and provide direction on construction methods and problem-solving
    • Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce safety policies daily
    • Review bid documents, drawings, and specs to prepare accurate estimates
    • Calculate material quantities, labor hours, and cost components for proposals
    • Use historical project data to improve cost accuracy and ensure competitiveness
    • Support negotiations, change orders, and client presentations
    • Represent the company to build relationships and pursue new opportunities

    Qualifications

    • 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred
    • 3+ years of project management and estimating experience required
    • Proven background in commercial or facility construction projects
    • Strong knowledge of project management, construction management, and estimating principles
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore, Autodesk Build, HH2, and Sage/Timberline a plus
