Construction Project Manager - High-End Interiors | Manhattan

As a Construction Project Manager - High-End Interiors | Manhattan you will:
- Manage high-end commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontractor relationships, and procurement activities.
- Lead client, architect, consultant, and subcontractor meetings.
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Coordinate field operations with Superintendents to ensure schedule and quality objectives are achieved.
- Monitor project financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain exceptional client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

A successful Construction Project Manager - High-End Interiors | Manhattan should have:
- 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial interiors general contractor.
- Proven experience delivering high-end interior fit-outs in Manhattan.
- Strong understanding of NYC construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
