Job Title: Construction Project Manager Job at a Glance: Manage a high volume of construction operations jobs using Salesforce and Excel. Location: Cherry Hill, NJ Work Schedule: Hybrid - 4x onsite, 1 day remote Pay Rate: $30/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k) Duration of Contract: 3-months with extension/conversion possibility (rolling contract) Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate a high volume of concurrent construction projects (approx. 100 active, 20 daily touchpoints), ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Utilize Salesforce and Excel to track project milestones, update statuses, and maintain accurate documentation across all job phases.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and field personnel to resolve issues and maintain workflow continuity.
Monitor resource allocation, material delivery, and subcontractor performance to ensure alignment with project schedules.
Identify process bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
