  • Typical range: $100K – $120K
  • Exceptional candidates with extensive project experience or specialized credentials may be eligible for higher compensation.
Note: Final salary will depend on experience, technical expertise, and overall project portfolio.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall project delivery, including schedule, budget, and safety compliance
  • Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Oversee cost controls, invoicing, cash flow management, and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to project documents, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor project staff and collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer
  • Proven experience in water/wastewater and civil construction projects
  • Strong financial acumen, scheduling expertise, and project controls skills
  • OSHA certification required
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
