We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction planning through final completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and leadership skills. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to established quality standards and project specifications.
The Construction Project Manager will work closely with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to coordinate daily activities, resolve project challenges, monitor progress, and maintain effective communication throughout the construction process.
Manage construction projects from initial planning and pre-construction through execution, closeout, and final delivery.
Develop, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, milestones, resources, and timelines.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor on-site construction progress to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
Prepare and track project budgets, cost estimates, expenses, forecasts, and financial reports.
Review construction drawings, project specifications, contracts, and change orders.
Identify potential project risks, delays, and cost overruns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Lead project meetings and coordinate communication among clients, contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, schedules, and change-order records.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
Perform quality control reviews and address deficiencies to ensure work meets project requirements.
Resolve construction-related issues and support timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate project closeout activities, final inspections, documentation, and project handover.

Relevant experience in construction project management, construction management, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage construction projects from planning through completion.
Strong understanding of construction methods, project specifications, building codes, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Experience managing project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and other project stakeholders.
Experience reviewing construction plans, specifications, and change orders.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with field and office teams.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience with construction project management and scheduling software is preferred.
