Our client is a reputable Arkansas General Contractor specializing within commercial construction with a project focus on Light industrial, education, Senior living, big box retail projects ranging from $10m-50M in value.
Job Description
Qualified Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project management from initiation to completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address any concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

A successful Commercial Project Manager should have:
