Job Description
The Project Manager - Luxury Residential Renovation:
- Manage luxury residential construction projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and execution.
- Drive successful delivery of high-end renovation and custom home projects.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
- Coordinate projects primarily throughout Boston and surrounding communities.
- Work collaboratively with leadership while operating with significant autonomy.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Luxury Residential Renovations should have:
- Project management experience within high-end residential construction.
- Proven ability to independently lead projects through all phases of construction.
- Experience managing projects with construction values of at least $1M.
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes, scheduling, and project execution.
- Ability to travel to project sites in Boston and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
