Construction Project Manager -Mixed Commercial / Banks

• Manage multiple bank construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and procurement activities.
• Lead project buyout efforts and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure schedule, safety, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project forecasts and proactively identify project risks.
• Ensure successful turnover and closeout of completed bank construction projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships and help drive repeat business opportunities within the banking sector.

A successful Construction Project Manager -Mixed Commercial/Banks should have:

• Experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor required.
• Proven success managing bank construction projects required.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and project financials.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, buyout, forecasting, and change orders.
• Ability to lead project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Background in financial institution, retail, or highly regulated commercial projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Stable work history with successful project delivery experience.
