Construction Project Manager

Elite Sourcing LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join a general contractor in OKC that has been in business for 20+ Years and no signs of slowing down. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial construction projects. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to establish project goals and specifications.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and manpower necessary for project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and support.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 6+ Years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
• Project List
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
