Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to serve as an owner's representative, managing design and construction projects across a national portfolio within the Health, Science, and Manufacturing sectors. This role requires expertise in Boiler & HVAC systems, construction estimating, and large-scale program rollouts. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to travel nationally (35 50%) to support project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple construction projects from planning through execution as the owner's representative.
  • Develop project plans, cost estimates, and logic-based schedules.
  • Manage project scope, requirements gathering, design reviews, and construction activities.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to support design and construction tendering.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings while driving alignment among cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and support documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Boiler & HVAC systems and construction estimating.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects in the Health, Science, or Manufacturing industries.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic AutoCAD skills are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 35 50%.
