Job DetailsThe Project Manager will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field leadership while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects
• Background within commercial, industrial, federal, educational, healthcare, municipal, or hospitality construction preferred
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to lead project teams and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration
• Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve project performance
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution
• Ensure projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Provide regular project updates to executive leadership and clients
• Drive schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and successful project closeout
