Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial concrete projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Negotiate and manage change orders.
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead project meetings and client communications.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• 5+ years of project management experience in concrete or heavy civil construction.
• Experience with structural concrete, foundations, slabs, paving, or tilt-up projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering successful construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target salary: Approximately $135,000
