Job Description
Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing projects from award through final completion
- Developing and maintaining project schedules
- Overseeing project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
- Managing subcontractor procurement and buyout activities
- Reviewing contracts, scopes, and project documentation
- Leading owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
- Processing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting
- Coordinating with field operations teams and Superintendents
- Ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction goals are achieved
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $10M-$100M+
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and project financial management
- Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and project teams
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and construction management software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Stable work history with reputable commercial contractors
