Project Manager

Lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved. Manage contracts, change orders, documentation, and compliance requirements for public-sector projects. Coordinate with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to drive successful project delivery. Monitor project risks, safety standards, and quality control processes while maintaining strong client relationships. Provide leadership across project stakeholders and ensure all contractual obligations are executed with precision. 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor; 10+ years preferred. Proven experience delivering public, government, institutional, healthcare, or large commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of contracts, change orders, schedules, compliance, and project controls. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex documentation and stakeholder expectations. Construction Management degree preferred and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000+ base salary (flexible for the right candidate) plus bonus potential. Annual discretionary bonus, company vehicle, gas card, laptop, and cell phone allowance.
