We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Construction Recruiter to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Construction Recruiter at Gpac, you will identify, source, and recruit top construction professionals to meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with construction companies to understand their hiring needs, build relationships, and match the best talent with the right opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with construction companies and the professionals they hire
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates
• Manage searches from first call to accepted offer
