Location

Naples, FL | Hybrid / Territory-Based

Enjoy a flexible work arrangement with primarily remote work throughout your assigned territory and occasional visits to our Naples office as needed. This role offers independence while keeping you connected to our team and customers.

Note

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in construction project management, construction estimating, or technical construction sales, along with a solid understanding of construction processes and the ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Construction Sales Representative who enjoys combining technical construction knowledge with relationship building, estimating, and project coordination.

In this role, you'll:

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, construction professionals, and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow sales within your assigned territory.
• Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Prepare estimates, pricing proposals, and competitive bids for construction projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, customer requirements, and project execution.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver effective construction solutions.
• Manage opportunities from initial discussions through project completion.
• Provide responsive customer service while building lasting business relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant construction project management, estimating, or technical construction sales experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints.
• Solid knowledge of construction processes and project coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently.
• Construction sales, bid preparation, or contractor relationship experience is a plus.
