We're hiring experienced Roofing Sales Representatives to connect with homeowners, identify roofing problems, and sell residential roof repair and replacement services.
You'll work with company-provided leads and generate new business through door-to-door canvassing in neighborhoods with aging roofs or recent storm damage. From the initial homeowner conversation to the completed sale, you'll manage inspections, explain roofing solutions, and handle the necessary paperwork.
Responsibilities
? Canvass residential neighborhoods to find homes with aging, worn, or storm-damaged roofs.
? Contact company-provided leads and meet with homeowners to discuss their roofing concerns.
? Conduct free residential roof inspections and identify visible roofing damage.
? Explain repair and replacement options, present roofing services, and close sales.
? Prepare sales documents and complete required paperwork.
Put Your Roofing Sales Experience to Work!
You have previous roofing sales experience and understand how to build relationships with homeowners while identifying residential roofing opportunities.
You're confident approaching potential customers, comfortable with door-to-door sales, and motivated to develop new business in the field.
You must be able to climb ladders, conduct roof inspections, and work independently throughout assigned neighborhoods.
A car or truck is required for traveling between appointments and canvassing locations.
Compensation
Annual Earning Potential: $100,000 to $250,000
